After the signing of contracts and the 10% down payment cheque, my parents are officially proud owners of a Glen Waverley home.
Approx 729sqm, just right down the street to the school, train station and The Glen
There’s so much planning going on now- cleaning, slight renovations, refurnishing, shipping of furniture… even I’m overwhelmed :/

Will you still be in Burwood? Or are you keeping this second place as an investment property? I’m pretty sure it would be good either way - Glen Waverly’s such a popular suburb =)
