So it’s Monday again
I think Max doesn’t like me going to work. Despite my brother yelling at him to come for breakfast (and rattling the dog food tupperware too), Max sat still on the porch staring disapprovingly at me under those bushy brows while I reversed out.
On an unrelated note, traffic to work was unbelievably smooth- is today a public holiday?!?
And I was so sleepy I didn’t notice the handbrake was half up the entire 15km journey… please tell me this won’t hurt the car

It WILL hurt the car and it’s the school holidays, so traffic will be good for about a week.

Max misses his mummy!
ps: I’ve er, done the whole handbrake thing too once or twice myself*sheepish grin*. Not too good for the car I reckon, but yeah, since the engine hasn’t blown up yet, I THINK it was okay. I THINK *scuffs shoes on ground*

well, i think you smoked your rear brakes a little, but if there is no rattling or vibration on your steering wheel at higher speeds then it is ok. else you might want to have someone check it out. you might have warped the rear rotors….but it shouldnt be too bad. nothing major because majority of your stoping force is from the front brakes.
anyway, poor max!! i think he knows… he misses jaaaameeeeiiii…. hehehe..

T__T I always do the handbrake thing. Luckily, most of time I will realise that the light (!) lights up. But I did a really long trip with the handbrake half up before.

Michellesy: Yes I do I guess I don’t feel like the only stupid one anymore huhu

Haha the car was a-okay.
I don’t really know what kind of damage it really caused the car since I cannot feel any after-effects. Of course, I always try to be careful after that day.
